Shipping & Delivery


Once we have received your order, we will be in contact to notify you of availability and estimated delivery date of your chosen item(s).
If you live outside of the UK Mainland please e-mail or call us to discuss delivery options.

Returns & Replacements

As the Customer, you have a ‘cooling off period’ where you have the right to 'cancel' the contract within 7 working days from date of delivery.
If you notify us by email or in writing of your wish to return an item within 7 working days of receiving it, we will refund the purchase price but not the delivery cost.
In the event that you receive a faulty item, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge or refund you the cost.
Returned items should be received by Boraca in the condition which they were originally dispatched. If goods are not returned in the same condition, we reserve the right of action (according to DSR ) for breach of statutory duty. 
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

Returns can be made through either of these options:

Royal Mail or Courier (please make sure you retain proof of posting for both of these options).

Please include : the original delivery document or e-mail confirmation with the returns parcel and the reason for the return and whether you'd like a refund or a replacement and send to :

Once you've found the items you’d like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the Checkout process by clicking on the “Your basket” link at the top of your screen.

You can go straight to Checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to Register with us for express check out, so that you can retrieve your chosen delivery details - (Please note this does not include your confidential payment card details)

You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account.

At Checkout, you can review and amend your order details. When you are ready to complete your order, click the ’proceed to check out’ button and wait for the Sage Pay secure payment page and proceed with your debit or credit card payment. Sage Pay will issue you with a receipt for your payment. Boraca will also confirm your order via the e-mail address supplied *
Finally when your order is about to be dispatched, Boraca will confirm your order is on its way too you.

Updating Account Information
