  1. When do we ship ?

    Once we have received your order, we will be in contact to notify you of availability and estimated delivery date of your chosen item(s).

  2. How do we ship ?

    We use Royal Mail and various courier companies.

  3. Where do we ship to ?

    We ship to the UK Mainland and if need be can ship anywhere in the world.

  4. How much is shipping ?

    Our minimum shipping cost is £5, our maximum is £45 depending on types of item(s) ordered.

    All prices are inclusive VAT

  5. How quickly will I receive my order ?

    We aim to deliver within 48 hours of despatch from our warehouse.

     

  6. Do I have to pay the shipping cost ?

    All orders incur a delivery charge.

  7. What happens if I'm not in for delivery ?

    The delivery company will leave you a calling card and you can then contact them to arrange another delivery or to collect from their depot.

  8. Can I add an alternative delivery address when placing an order ?

    Yes you can. Upon checkout you will be asked to enter your invoice address (matched to your card billing address) and a delivery address – you can use the same address as your invoice address or input an alternative. Please make sure all address details are correct and complete as once you have submitted your order these details cannot be changed.

  9. Can I track my order ?

    That depends on which company is delivering your item(s).

  10. Can I add a delivery note to my order ?

    Yes, you will see a 'Delivery Instructions' box at checkout.

    Please note that our courier's will not leave a parcel unattended or without a signature so please do not request for your parcel to be left in an unsafe place.

  11. What happens if I input the wrong delivery address ?

    It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered your address details correctly. If you provide us with an incorrect address/postcode then boraca.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

  12. Can I collect from you ?

    No, all our internet orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

  13. I've just placed an order, can I "add" to it ?

    Unfortunately not. Once an order has been submitted then it is not possible for you to "add" to it.

  14. Can I order and pay by telephone ?

    Yes. If you prefer to call our Marlow store on 01628 488811 and order and pay over the phone, that is fine.

  16. Do i have to pay customs duties & taxes ?

    You are legally obliged to pay these costs, if applicable to your country, and once it is paid then the goods can be imported.

    Your customs office will notify you on how to make payment and proceed with delivery.

    All imported goods must be declared to the Customs & Excise authorities on entry and, in most cases, are subject to customs duty & VAT.
