Price Match Enquiry

Have you found a like for like product elsewhere for cheaper?

We always do our best to ensure our customers get value for money, and so if you find a like for like product cheaper elsewhere, we will endeavour to match a competitor’s price, including any delivery charges they may charge.

We however reserve the right to: 

• Refuse a price match which would result in financial loss or unacceptable profit margins 

• To limit the quantities of price matches from a single customer 

• Not match trade prices 

• We may discontinue our offer to consider a price match at any time 

• Not price match imitation or copies of products that often use cheaper materials and lack in quality 

• Not match prices from auction sites such as eBay 

If you have genuinely found one of our products cheaper elsewhere, please get in touch with us by calling us on: 01628 488811 or email us to: boracamarlow@gmail.com below with a link to the product and we will be in touch once the information has been reviewed.

Please note that unfortunately, we can’t offer price matches for products which have already been purchased from us and then at a later time/date found elsewhere online cheaper.
